This is actually a topic rather personal to me today because my hometown is the city of Orange in California and that’s where the 2010 MLB All-Star Game is! The game is being held at the stadium of my favorite baseball team: The Angels. Oh I love them and always have. Really it’s because my step-father John (who has been in my life since the wee age of three) has been the ultimate Angels fan forever. So, naturally his children would be fans too! We’re so excited that this years All-Star Game is being held in our town. John had to get tickets!
The Major League Baseball All-Star Game is a game that is held every year in a different baseball stadium, in which the best players from the National League and the American League are chosen to play one game. It’s an awesome spectacle because you are seeing the best of the best. It’s also really cool to see players from different – and even rival – teams playing together for the one goal of beating the other league. Maybe some of your favorite players will be starting in the game today. Not sure? Well, here is the Starting Lineup for each team:
The American League
